A Student-Lead FIRST Robotics Team

WolfByte is a student-led FIRST robotics team. FIRST is a worldwide organization that promotes STEM education from grade school to high school students in three different levels: FIRST Lego League, FIRST Tech Challenge and FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC). WolfByte competes in FRC, focused on creating, building, and programming large robots. FRC teaches independence and encourages students to develop their own, creative ideas.

Our Mission

Our mission is to foster creativity, innovation, and collaboration among our students as we explore the exciting world of robotics. Through hands-on learning and problem-solving, we aim to inspire a lifelong passion for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

What Does WolfByte Do?

Create a community of inclusivity that encourages members to learn new things

Make meaningful and lasting relationships with members of our team

Push team members to be at their highest form they can be both technically and personally

Inspire team members to actively learn new engineering skills in and outside of the build space

Produce confident leaders while on the team, after graduation from St. Ignatius, and as working members in society

Teach team members useful skills such as team building, project management, design, technical skills, and trades while teaching students how to handle stressful environments
